A Day Of Sloth !!

Well i hold my hands up today and confess i have done no physio exercises and not gone for a hobble down the street. The weather looks so miserable and overcast, so i did not bother going out ! Anyway i feel i turned a corner today, in that my knee is improving!!! I can hobble better !!!! :D So perhaps having a "break" is not so bad after all! I will go and get a newspaper tomorrow though. Dont want to sit on my couch all day ! But i was a tiny bit good today in that i managed to do some light housework duties like dusting etc!
Am sorry to hear Sir Johm Mills has died. That is sad. But we all die and he was 97 and had a good life, so we should not be too sad. But he will be missed :( They will probably repeat "In Which We Serve" now.

The Interflora Enigma !!!

Dont worry, i haven't been bumped off by Interflora aka Dirty Den style !!! In fact to my surprise i took delivery of a bouquet of flowers this afternoon !! They were from my work colleagues ! It was a lovely surprise !!! The only problem is i have no vases left to put the flowers in!!! So now they are in the kitchen sink until tomorrow ! I will have to go on a hobbling mission to find a jug !! The excercise will do me good !!! But i was so chuffed at a lovely thought . :D
