She is a beauty, isn't she. She reminds me of the cat I had years ago. Died of old age, poor thing. She was 17 years of age... For many years I said I would not have a cat, but I have my black and white cat for the last 12 years and she gives me a lot of pleasure...

I know how you feel. My second cat called Pussy died in 1995/6. She was 21 years old and i had her since i was five. I was very upset and vowed never to have another cat. But then last year i got Zilly and she has given me so much pleasure and companionship. We have healed each other. Zilly was mistreated in her earlier life but within two weeks of getting her, Zilly knew i was never going to hurt her especialy when she had toys to play with! Zilly now trusts me and never leaves me! She even sits on the edge of my bath! The first time i saw yellow eyes peering down at me was quite a shock! :) And Zilly has helped me as well in very many ways. It is so nice to come home from work to see Zilly waiting for me in the window! :D
