The Cat's Mieow !!!

Woke up to the sad news this morning that one of the Boyzone singers has died aged only 33 years old.

I am more into Westlife, Coldplay myself but even so, such a tragic sad thing to have happened. And so young as well. It was only last month that i very nearly lost a personal friend of mine. Actually i lost him three times, as he was dead three times before being brought back to life after a massive heart attack. Pete is a very lucky man.  Thankfully he is slowly recovering. I miss him alot though. He made me laugh and he was so kind to me. Anyway i am sure we will soon learn of what happened to Stephen Gately. Sounds like perhaps a heart attack or even even maybe he hit his head and had internal bleeding which went unoticed? Dunno. There has to be a cause. one does not drop dead without a reason.

Not that i need reminding, i have seen too much death over last seven years having lost my Mother, Grandma and Grandfather of course, but also friends. One to suicide and others to ill health, mostly cancer. But it just goes to show life is far too short, and that we should make the most of it whilst we can, and live each day to the full. Easier said then done i know. Especially with my history of depression. But i am at least getting back in the saddle with with regards to my latest bout of depression.  But one has to remember that tomorow i could be dead. Any of us could, quite unexpectley like what happened with Stephen Gately. We are not immortal.  We are flesh and blood. We need to remember that.
